摘　　要：十四五规划中明确提出要积极践行老龄化政策,营造老年友好型社会环境。作为老人居住较集中的老旧小区,公共空间环境营造是老人居住质量提升必不可少的因素。文章以老旧小区公共空间的适老化微改造为主题,对惠泽园小区公共空间通过问题分析、需求层次分析和基本策略的研究,对公共空间存在的问题进行了汇总,并提出了改造的相应对策,解决了安全性、可达性和服务性等问题,为推动城市生活高品质发展提供了一定的思路和建议。The 14th Five Year Plan explicitly proposes to actively implement aging policies and create a friendly social environment for the elderly.As an old community where elderly people live in a concentrated area,creating a public space environment is an essential factor in improving the quality of elderly living.This article focuses on the micro renovation of aging friendly public spaces in old residential areas.Through problem analysis,demand hierarchy analysis,and basic strategy research,the problems in public spaces in Huizeyuan residential area are summarized,and corresponding countermeasures for renovation are proposed to solve safety,accessibility,and service issues.It provides certain ideas and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of urban life.
