摘 要:邛崃市中医院门诊楼为钢筋混凝土框架结构。该楼地上4层,地下1层,存在楼板不连续、凹凸不规则、扭转不规则及偏心布置等多项不规则,且主入口存在大跨度及大悬挑情况,抗震极其不利。针对上述结构不规则,设计时通过加强受力较大部分的楼板、加强弱侧框架、严控周期比、提高配筋率及配箍率等多项构造措施,保证地震下水平力的传导,使结构具备足够的抗扭承载力,确保门诊楼结构的安全性、合理性;通过对比三种桁架布置方案的扭转位移比、大跨度及悬挑的挠度、经济性等主要指标,对主入口大跨度外挑方案进行优选。项目采用ETABS 2018进行小震弹性时程的补充验算,各楼层的层间位移角均远小于规范要求。最后采用SAUSAGE进行大震弹塑性验算和性能化分析,大震位移角满足规范要求,各关键构件破坏程度轻微或无破坏,满足大震不倒的目标,结构安全可靠。The outpatient building of Qionglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a reinforced concrete frame structure.The building has four floors above ground and one floor below ground,and and there are many irregularities such as floor slab discontinuity,concave-convex irregularity,torsion irregularity and eccentric arrangement,etc.,and there is a large span and large overhang at the main entrance,which is extremely unfavorable for seismic resistance.In view of the above structural irregularities,a number of structural measures such as strengthening the floor slab of the parts with larger force,strengthening the weak-side frame,strictly controlling the period ratio,and increasing the reinforcement ratio and hoop ratio are taken to ensure the conduction of horizontal force under the earthquake,so that the structure has sufficient torsional bearing capacity,and the safety and rationality of the structure of the outpatient building are ensured.By comparing the main indexes such as torsional displacement ratio,deflection of large span and overhang and economy of the three truss arrangement schemes,the long-span overhang scheme of the main entrance was optimized.The project adopted ETABS 2018 to carry out the supplementary check of elastic time range of small earthquakes,and the inter-story displacement angle of each floor was much smaller than the code requirement.Finally,SAUSAGE was used to carry out the elastoplastic design and performance analysis of large earthquakes,and the displacement angle of large earthquakes meets the requirements of the code,and the damage degree of each key member is slight or non-destructive,which can meet the goal of not collapsing in large earthquake,and the structure is safe and reliable.
