摘 要:依托某既有超限高层建筑,设计开发了在框架结构的基础上新增剪力墙,改变结构受力体系的加固改造方案,将原结构转变为高度和规则性不超限的高层建筑,并采用YJK空间分析程序进行弹性分析、SAUSAGE软件进行弹塑性时程分析。结果表明,改变受力体系以后,结构抗震性能良好,且减少了加固改造的经济成本及施工难度,综合效益显著,证明采取的技术手段是合理有效的,可为后续项目提供参考。Based on an existing building beyond code specification,this paper designs and develops a reinforcement scheme that adds a shear wall on the basis of the frame structure,and changes the structural stress system,so as to transform the original building into a high-rise building that meets code requirements.The YJK spatial analysis program was used for elastic analysis,and the SAUSAGE software was used for elastoplastic time course analysis.The results show that after changing the stress system,the seismic performance of the structure meets the standards of building codes,the economic cost and reconstruction difficulty of the reinforcement transformation are reduced,the comprehensive benefits are significant,which proves that the technical means adopted are reasonable and effective.The project can provide reference for subsequent projects.
