矿井巷道斜巷与正洞夹角对交叉段影响的有限元分析

摘  要:随着煤炭开采的技术趋于成熟,人们对开采过程中的安全问题也愈发重视。由于矿井中巷道功能类型的不同,施工过程中会出现巷道交叉的情况,唐口煤矿7307工作面施工道与7307轨道顺槽、皮带顺槽均属于交叉巷道。根据现场施工地质条件,利用Midas GTS NX有限元软件建立斜井与正洞夹角角度分别为30°,60°,90°三种工况下的有限元模型,对斜井与正洞夹角在交叉段应力场及位移场中起到的作用进行了分析,发现斜井与正洞相交角度的不同,对交叉段岩体结构的力学行为产生的影响也将不同。As the technology of coal mining becomes more and more mature,people pay more attention to the safety problem in the mining process.Due to the different function types of roadway in the mine,roadway crossing will occur in the construction process.The construction roadway of 7307 working face in Tangkou Coal Mine,7307 track channeling and belt channeling belong to the crossing roadway.According to site construction geological conditions,Midas GTS NX finite element software is used to establish the finite element model under three working conditions of 30°,60°and 90°respectively,and the role of the Angle between inclined well and normal hole in the stress field and displacement field of cross section is analyzed,and it is found that the Angle of intersection between inclined well and normal hole is different.The influence on the mechanical behavior of the rock mass structure will also be different.
