摘  要:以沈阳地铁1号线东延线农业大学站—东三环站区间盾构掘进施工为研究背景,运用离散元软件EDEM及机械建模软件3Dmax建立盾构刀盘及复合地层模型,模拟盾构机在复杂土层向前掘进的运动过程,通过设置参数,改变不同的刀盘转速、盾构推进速度,研究它们对盾构刀盘的扭矩、切向力、法向力等受力变化影响。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,随着转速的提高,盾构刀盘所受的扭矩、法向力、切向力有所增加。在一定范围内,随着推进速度的提高,盾构刀盘所受的扭矩、法向力、切向力也有所增加。通过受力分析,选择合适的刀盘转速及合适的推进速度,可以有效提高工程施工安全。Based on the construction conditions of shield tunneling in complex soil layer between Agricultural University Station and East Third Ring Station of Shenyang Metro Line 1,discrete element software EDEM and mechanical modeling software 3Dmax were used to establish shield cutter head and composite formation models to simulate the motion process of shield tunneling machine in complex soil layer.The influence of different cutter speed and different shield advancing speed on the change of torque and force of the cutter head.The results show that in a certain range,with the increase of speed,the torque of the cutter head increases gradually,and the normal force and tangential force of the cutter head increase.In a certain range,with the increase of the advancing speed,the torque of the cutter head gradually increases,and the normal force and tangential force of the cutter head also increase.Through the force analysis,selecting the appropriate cutter speed and the appropriate advancing speed can effectively promote the engineering construction to be safer and more efficient.
