摘 要:试验旨在研究新型饲料原料餐桌剩余食物(CSS)不同添加比例对白羽肉鸡颗粒饲料质量、生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、免疫器官指数及血清生化指标的影响。选择1日龄白羽肉仔鸡公鸡504只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复21只鸡。试验前期(第1~21天)饲喂相同饲粮;后期(第22~42天)设计4种饲粮,对照组为玉米-豆粕基础饲粮,试验组饲喂10%、20%和30%三种不同CSS添加比例的饲粮,配方中使用CSS替代基础饲粮中的玉米和豆粕。结果表明:①饲料中添加不同比例CSS对颗粒饲料含粉率、硬度、PDI有极显著影响(P<0.01),随着添加比例的增加,颗粒饲料含粉率升高,硬度和耐久度(PDI)降低;②添加不同比例的CSS对肉鸡生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05),添加20%CSS显著降低了肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),添加30%CSS显著降低了肉鸡平均体重、平均日采食量、平均日增重(P<0.05),但添加30%以内CSS对死淘率无显著影响(P>0.05);③除添加30%CSS显著降低胸肌率(P<0.05),其余添加比例对屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05);④添加不同比例的CSS对肉鸡胸肌和腿肌肉色、24、48 h和72 h滴水损失、酸度、蒸煮损失及剪切力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,CSS具有较好的应用价值,作为一种能量和蛋白资源在饲料行业中具有较广阔的应用前景。The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of different proportions of new feed material,such as restaurant plate leftovers(CSS),on the quality,growth performances,apparent nutrient digestibil⁃ity,slaughter performances,meat quality,immune-organ index and serum biochemical indicators of white-feather broilers.5041-day-old white-feather broiler roosters were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 21 chickens in each replicate.In the early stage of the experiment(1th to 21th days),the same diet was fed;In the later stage(22th to 42th days),four types of diets were designed.The control group was fed the corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed three different CSS inclusion ratios,10%,20%and 30%,and the formula used CSS in⁃stead of corn and soybean meal in the basal dietThe results showed that:①the addition of different pro⁃portions of CSS had a significant impact on pow⁃der content,hardness and PDI of pellet feed(P<0.01),with the increase of the ratio,the powder content of pellet feed increased,and the hardness and durability(PDI)decreased;②with the in⁃crease of the proportion of CSS,the inclusion of 20%CSS significantly reduced the average body weight of broilers(P<0.05),and the inclusion of 30%CSS significantly reduced the average body weight,average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of broilers(P<0.05);③except for the inclusion of 30%CSS significantly reduced the pectoral muscle rate(P<0.05),the remaining proportions had no signifi⁃cant effect on the slaughter performances(P>0.05);④the inclusion of different proportions of CSS did not significantly affect the color,drip loss,acidity,cooking loss,and shear strength of broiler breast and leg muscles at 24,48,and 72 h(P>0.05).In summary,CSS has good application value as an energy and protein resource that can replace corn and soybean meal in 10%of the basal diet in poultry farming.
