摘  要:为了研究C80钢纤维混凝土水化热过程和日照作用下的温度场分布情况,以某山区拱桥拱肋为研究对象,对拱圈夏冬季节1#节段浇筑过程和浇筑完成后截面温度进行了持续监测,分析了在水化热过程中和日照作用下拱圈截面的温度场演变特征。结果表明:混凝土拱圈在浇筑初期快速升温,冬季最大峰值温度达到了44.8℃,夏季最大峰值温度达到了59.2℃,拱圈截面板厚方向测点最大温差达到了7.4℃。拱圈在拆模后箱外侧混凝土温度随外界环境变化呈现周期性波动,顶底板同一时刻峰值温差达到了5.6℃。In order to study the hydration heat process of C80 steel fiber concrete and the temperature field distribution under the effect of sunlight,the arch rib of mountainous arch bridge was taken as the research object,the casting process of section 1#of arch ring in summer and winter as well as the section temperature after casting were continuously monitored,and the temperature field evolution characteristics of arch ring section during the hydration heat process and under the effect of sunlight were analyzed.The experimental results show that the concrete arch ring heats up rapidly in the early stage of casting,with the maximum peak temperature of 44.8℃in winter and 59.2℃in summer.The maximum temperature difference reaches 7.4℃at the measured points in the direction of the slab thickness of arch ring section.After the demoulding of arch ring,the temperature of concrete on the outside of box shows periodic fluctuations with the change of external environment,and the peak temperature difference between the top and bottom slabs reaches 5.6℃at the same moment.
