摘  要:目的探讨高原地区婴幼儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的CT影像学表现。方法回顾性分析2021年1月~2022年11月在本院诊断为维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的患儿53例,按临床分期分为初期15例、活动期30例、后遗症期8例三期。分析不同时期维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的图像特征。结果影像学有改变:初期14例(93.33%)、活动期30例(100.00%)、后遗症期7例(87.50%);影像特征:肱骨头受累29例(54.72%),肋骨头受累26例(49.06%),胸锁关节受累14例(26.42%),有假骨折线3例(5.66%),脊柱侧弯25例(47.17%),椎体形态及椎间隙改变27例(50.94%),胸廓形态异常16例(30.19%),骨质密度减低24例(45.28%);三期实验室检查无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论高原婴幼儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病影像特征明显,且程度较重,应引起临床重视。Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants in plateau area.Methods 53 children diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency rickets in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into three stages according to clinical stage:15 cases in the early stage,30 cases in the active stage and 8 cases in the sequelae stage.The image features of vitamin D deficiency rickets in different periods were analyzed.Results There were 14 cases(93.33%)in the early stage,30 cases(100.00%)in the active stage and 7 cases(87.50%)in the sequelae stage.Image features:There were 29 cases of humeral head involvement(54.72%),26 cases of rib head involvement(49.06%),14 cases of sternoclavicular joint involvement(26.42%),3 cases of false fracture line(5.66%),25 cases of scoliosis(47.17%),27 cases of vertebral body morphology and intervertebral space changes(50.94%).There were 16 cases(30.19%)with abnormal thoracic morphology and 24 cases(45.28%)with decreased bone density.There was no significant difference in the three laboratory tests(P>0.05).Conclusion The imaging features of vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants at high altitude are obvious and serious,which should be paid more attention to in clinic.
