摘 要:目的探讨离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中溴酸盐的方法验证。方法选取生活用水(城市供水)水样。采用离子色谱仪-氢氧根系统淋洗法测定对水中溴酸盐的方法验证。结果通过测定表明:标准曲线相关系数r达到0.999以上,检出限为0.0001 mg/L,测定下限为0.0004mg/L,样品6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.087%~1.33%,标准物质的测定结果均在不确定度范围内,且相对误差不超过10%,所有指标均能满足《生活饮用水标准检验方法第10部分:消毒副产物指标》(GB/T5750.5-2023)要求。结论实验数据表明,本单位有能力按该方法测定生活饮用水中的溴酸盐。Objective To investigate the determination of bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography.Methods The sam-ple of domestic water(urban water supply)was selected.The method of determination of bromate in water by ion chromatograph-hy-droxide system leaching was verified.Results The correlation coefficient r of the standard curve reached more than 0.999,the detec-tion limit was 0.0001mg/L,and the determination limit was 0.0004mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the results of 6 measure-ments of the sample was 0.087%~1.33%,and the measurement results of the standard substances were all within the uncertainty range,and the relative error was not more than 10%.All indexes can meet the requirements of"Drinking water Standard Test Meth-od Part 10:Disinfection By-product Index"(GB/T5750.5-2023).Conclusion The experimental data show that our unit has the abili-ty to determine bromate in drinking water by this method.
