健康教育手册联合饮食量化指导在混合痔术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育手册联合饮食量化指导在混合痔术后护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取本院2021年1月~2023年1月就诊的混合痔手术患者108例,按照随机数字法分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,采用健康教育手册联合饮食量化指导护理。统计两组患者排便情况及便秘发生率,比较干预前后睡眠质量、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组首次排便时间短于对照组,首次排便疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育手册联合饮食量化指导有利于提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量,降低便秘发生率。Objective To explore the application value of health education manual combined with dietary quantitative guidance in postoperative nursing of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 108 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=54)according to random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was additionally given health education manual combined with dietary quantitative guidance.The defecation and incidence of constipation in the two groups were statistically analyzed.The sleep quality and quality of life were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the first defecation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the VAS score of the first defecation pain was lower than that of control group,and the incidence of constipation was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality in observation group was lower than that of control group,and quality of life score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education manual combined with dietary quantitative guidance is beneficial to improve sleep quality and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of constipation in patients.
