冠心宁片对气滞血瘀证冠心病伴轻度高血压病患者血清CTRP3、Lp-PLA2、Gal-3水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心宁片对气滞血瘀证冠心病伴轻度高血压病患者血清C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、半乳糖凝聚素-3(Gal-3)水平的影响。方法收集气滞血瘀证冠心病伴轻度高血压病患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合冠心宁治疗,两组连续观察3个月。比较两组心功能指标、24 h动态血压、气滞血瘀证评分以及血清CTRP3、Lp-PLA2、Gal-3水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)以及舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=3.96、4.99、-5.04、-5.38,P均<0.05);治疗组的24 h收缩压(24 h SBP)与24 h舒张压(24 h DBP)均低于对照组(t分别=3.34、1.74,P均<0.05);治疗组的气滞血瘀证评分低于对照组(t=7.50,P<0.05);治疗组的CTRP3水平高于对照组,Lp-PLA2、Gal-3水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=-6.00、2.84、8.80,P均<0.05)。结论冠心宁片对气滞血瘀证冠心病伴轻度高血压病患者的疗效显著,可调节血清CTRP3、Lp-PLA2、Gal-3水平,改善其疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxinning tablets on serum C1q/TNF-related protein 3(CTRP3),lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and galectin-3(Gal-3)levels in patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with mild hypertension.Methods A total of 84 cases of CHD complicated with mild hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given Trimetazidine,and the treatment group were treated with the combination of Guanxin⁃ning tablets and Trimetazidine.The course was three months.The cardiac index,24h ambulatory blood pressure,syndrome of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis and the levels of CTRP3,Lp-PLA2,Gal-3 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricle end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricle end-systolic dimension(LVESD)of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the left ventricular velocity score(LVEF)and E/A were higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.96,4.99,-5.04,-5.38,P<0.05).The 24h systolic blood pressure(24h SBP)and 24h diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP)in the treat⁃ment group were lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.34,1.74,P<0.05).The score of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(t=7.50,P<0.05).The CPTP3 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while Lp-PLA2 and Gal-3 levels were lower than those of the control group,the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(t=-6.00,2.84,8.80,P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinning tablets has obvious curative effect on CHD patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type complicated with mild hypertension,and can regulates serum CTRP3,Lp-PLA2,Gal-3 levels thus to improve its curative effect.
