摘  要:分析管壁当量绝对粗糙度对长输管网设计选型的影响,测算管网腐蚀及结垢防护经济效益。在进行长输管网设计时,应考虑随着长输管网运行时间延长,管壁当量绝对粗糙度会随着管道内腐蚀加重而增大的情况,合理配置循环泵、中继泵等设备的规格、数量,满足长输热网近期、中期、远期运行需求。延缓钢管腐蚀、结垢带来的经济效益可观,应重视管网腐蚀及结垢防护工作。The influence of the equivalent absolute roughness of pipe wall on the design and selection of long-distance pipeline network is analyzed,and the economic benefits of corrosion and scaling protection of pipeline network are calculated.In the design of the long-distance pipeline network,it should be considered that with the extension of the operation time of the long-distance pipeline network,the equivalent absolute roughness of the pipe wall will increase with the aggravation of the corrosion in the pipeline,and the specifications and quantities of circulating pumps,booster pumps and other equipment should be reasonably configured to meet the short-term,medium-term and long-term operation needs of the long-distance pipeline network.The economic benefits of delaying the corrosion and scaling of steel pipes are considerable,and attention should be paid to the protection of corrosion and scaling of pipeline networks.
