摘  要:对大管径供热管道顶管穿越铁路的补偿方案进行对比,补偿方案包括方案1无补偿方案、方案2有补偿方案和方案3自然补偿方案。对管道进行应力分析,管段整体应力水平排序由高到低依次为方案1、方案2、方案3,其中方案1的整体应力水平较高,个别节点应力超标。方案2和方案3均满足应力要求。方案2、方案3的工程造价相差不大,在技术上均可行。从工程施工、运行安全的角度出发,采用方案3。The compensation schemes of large-diameter heating pipeline jacking crossing railway are compared.Compensation schemes include scheme 1 without compensation,scheme 2 compensated and scheme 3 self-compensation.The stress analysis on the pipeline is carried out,and the overall stress level of the pipe section is ranked from high to low as scheme 1,scheme 2 and scheme 3,among them the overall stress level of scheme 1 is higher,and the stress of individual nodes exceeds the standard.Both scheme 2 and scheme 3 meet the stress requirements.The engineering costs of scheme 2 and scheme 3 are not significantly different and both are technically feasible.From the perspective of engineering construction and operation safety,scheme 3 is adopted.
