耐心资本赋能新质生产力发展的时代价值、现实困境和应对策略

摘　　要：新质生产力作为一种先进的生产力质态,已然成为顺应时代潮流、推动社会进步、实现可持续发展的必然要求。本文首先阐述新质生产力和耐心资本的基本内涵,然后介绍耐心资本在赋能新质生产力发展方面的时代价值,最后分析耐心资本在赋能新质生产力发展的现实困境,提出应对策略,包括通过加强政策引导、整合产业链供应链、增强风险评估管理能力、平衡社会责任与经济效益等方法,多措并举应对耐心资本发展进程中的诸多现实困境,最终实现耐心资本赋能新质生产力高质量发展。New quality productive forces,as an advanced productive force quality,has become an inevitable requirement and key path to adapt to the trend of the times,promote social progress,and achieve sustainable development.This paper first elaborates the basic connotation of new quality productive forces and patient capital,and then introduces the profound and important historical value of patient capital in empowering the development of new quality productive forces,namely,as an important engine driving the development of new quality productive forces,patient capital bears the important task of achieving high-quality economic development and China-style modernization construction.Finally,the paper analyzes the realistic dilemmas of patient capital in empowering the development of new quality productive forces and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening policy guidance,integrating industrial and supply chain chains,enhancing risk assessment and management capabilities,and balancing social responsibility and economic benefits,in order to ultimately achieve the high-quality development of patient capital empowering new quality productive forces.
