摘　　要：农村文化建设成效关系到乡村振兴、文化强国等战略目标的具体实现。优化农村公共文化服务绩效评估是加强农村文化建设的关键。当前,农村公共文化绩效评估以效率导向、测量导向、专业化导向及问责导向为实践逻辑,存在产出与成果混淆、内容评估不足、专家话语依赖、评估成本高以及激励无效困境等问题。因此,农村公共文化服务绩效评估须在遵循评估目标的国家战略导向、绩效识别的内容导向、评估模式的公众导向以及评估结果运用的调适导向等基础上,不断进行路径优化。The effect of rural cultural construction is related to the concrete realization of the strategic goals such as rural revitalization and cultural power.Optimizing the performance evaluation of rural public cultural services is the key to strengthening the rural cultural construction.At present,the logic of the performance evaluation in rural public culture takes efficiency orientation,measurement orientation,specialization orientation and accountability orientation as its practical logic,and there are problems such as confusion between output and results,insufficient content evaluation,dependence on expert discourse,high evaluation cost and ineffective incentive.Therefore,the performance evaluation of rural public cultural services should be continuously optimized on the basis of following the national strategic orientation in the evaluation objectives,the content orientation in the performance identification,the public orientation in the evaluation mode and the adjustment orientation in the application of the evaluation results.
