摘　　要：近年来已有较多应用度普利尤单抗治疗大疱性类天疱疮的报道。度普利尤单抗(Dupilumab)可特异性结合白细胞介素4受体亚基α(IL-4Rα),阻断IL-4和IL-13的信号转导,抑制B细胞的增殖、减少嗜酸性粒细胞募集、抑制Th2相关趋化因子功能,从而改善大疱性类天疱疮患者皮损及瘙痒。本文就度普利尤单抗治疗类天疱疮的可能机制、临床疗效、不良反应等作一综述。In recent years,there have been many reports on the use of Dupilumab in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.Dupilumab specifically binds to the subunit alpha of interleukin 4 receptor(IL-4Rα),blocking the signal transduction of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13,inhibiting the proliferation of B cells,reducing the recruitment of eosinophils,and suppressing the function of Th2-related chemotactic factors,thereby improving skin lesions and itching of patients.This article reviews the potential mechanisms,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of Dupilumab in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.
