摘 要:近年来国内外研究发现,微针在雄激素性秃发、斑秃、休止期脱发等脱发性疾病中均显示出良好的治疗效果,但是选择的微针治疗深度各异。微针治疗脱发性疾病的机制可能与微针操作造成的微损伤形成透皮给药通道,促进药物吸收有关。此外,损伤中产生的多种生长因子参与多个脱发相关的信号通路,从而促进生长期毛囊的形成。本文综述当前不同类型脱发疾病的微针治疗及其微针深度的选择,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。In recent years,both domestic and international studies have demonstrated therapeutic benefits of microneedles with various depth in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia,alopecia areata,and telogen effluvium.The mechanisms of microneedle therapy for alopecia may be related to the enhancement of transdermal drug delivery.In addition,various growth factors generated during microneedling participate in multiple hair loss-related signaling pathways,thereby promoting the formation of hair follicles during the growth phase.This article introduces microneedle treatments for different types of hair loss diseases and the selection of microneedle depth,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment.
