益气清瘟袋泡剂制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:优选益气清瘟袋泡剂的制备工艺。方法:以得膏率、总黄酮量为指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计优选水提部分药材的提取工艺;以单因素优选打粉部分药材的打粉工艺;以水分含量、微生物限度检测结果为指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计优选干燥工艺。结果:加水量14倍,煎煮3次,煎煮1h提取效果最优;药粉的粒度为24目时,能完全吸收,均匀度适中,不易结块;干燥温度60℃,干燥时间6h,干燥厚度3cm时干燥效果最优。结论:该制备工艺合理可行。Objective To study the preparation of Yiqi Qingwen species.Methods With the extract rate and total flavone content as the index,L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design was used to investigate the extraction technology of some medicinal materials by water extraction.The technology of powdered medicine was studied by single factor.The test results of moisture content and microbial limit were used as indexes,the drying process was investigated by L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test design.Results Add 14 times the amount of water,decocting for 3 times,decocting for 1 h to extract the best effect.When the particle size was 24 mesh,the powder could be completely absorbed,the uniformity was moderate,and the agglomeration was not easy.When the drying temperature was 60°C,the drying time was 6 h and the drying thickness was 3 cm,the drying effect was the best.Conclusions The preparation process is reasonable and feasible.
