深部组织肿瘤热疗在肿瘤内科的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察患者采用深部组织肿瘤热疗实施的治疗后的干预效果。方法本研究将纳入2023年7月-2024年5月期间于我院住院治疗的患者的110名患者,按时间先后排序。随机分为对照组(常规治疗干预组)和实验组(深部组织肿瘤热疗组),各55名。分别给予相应治疗,在治疗过程中及治疗结束之后,记录相关统计指标与标准,比较两组患者在治疗过程中涉及的疾病相关指标对比结果。结果结果显示,实验组(深部组织肿瘤热疗组)病人的临床疗效显著高于对照组(常规治疗干预组),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组病人的不良反应发生率(27.27%)显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组病人细化评分结果中,各个不良反应发生率例数也显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果表明,深部组织肿瘤热疗在肿瘤患者的内科治疗中具有显著的积极作用。研究结果仅在本研究方法及标准下有效,临床应用时需结合具体情况,因地制宜地采用合适的治疗干预措施。Objective To observe the intervention effect of deep tissue tumor hyperthermia on patients after treatment.Method This study will include 110 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2023 to May 2024,sorted in chronological order.Randomly divided into a control group(conventional treatment intervention group)and an experimental group(deep tissue tumor hyperthermia group),with 55 participants in each group.Provide corresponding treatments separately,record relevant statistical indicators and standards during and after the treatment process,and compare the disease-related indicators involved in the treatment process between the two groups of patients.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group(deep tissue tumor hyperthermia group)was significantly higher than that of the con⁃trol group(conventional treatment intervention group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);In the detailed scoring results of the experimental group patients,the incidence of various adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study indicate that deep tissue tumor hyperthermia has a significant positive effect on the internal medicine treatment of tumor patients.The research results are only valid under the methods and standards of this study.In clinical application,appropriate treatment interventions should be adopted according to specific circum⁃stances and local conditions.
