摘　　要：随着中医临床科研的数字化进程加速,多源指标数据库的建设与应用变得日益重要。在中医临床科研一体化背景下,本文提出中医多源指标数据库概念。数据库的建设旨在整合来自中医临床、实验、文献等多源数据,为中医药领域提供数据支持。难点在于数据源的多样性和复杂性、数据安全性及隐私保护,以及数据分析的准确性和高效性。通过实际案例,验证了该数据库的有效性和实用性。中医多源指标数据库作为科研中转站,对中医药领域的研究具有重要意义,有望推动中医药学科的发展和创新。With the acceleration of the digitalization process of clinical scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine,the construction and application of a amulti-source index database has become increasingly important.In the context of the integration of clinical and scien⁃tific research of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward the concept of multi-source index database of traditional Chinese med⁃icine.The construction of the database aims to integrate multi-source data from clinical,experimental and literature of traditional Chinese medicine to provide data support for the field of traditional Chinese medicine.The difficulties lie in the diversity and complexity of data sources,data security and privacy protection,as well as the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis.The effectiveness and practicability of the database are verified by a practical case.As a scientific research transit station,the multi-source index database of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance to the research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and is expected to promote the development and innovation of the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine.
