摘 要:针对胶轨列车中多颗螺栓连接结构和单颗螺栓连接结构分别提出了螺栓载荷提取方法。基于工程实际,应用多体ADAMS静力学计算方法对胶轨列车底盘载荷进行分解,并作为其螺栓载荷提取的输入,再将载荷提取结果代入VDI2230标准,开展螺栓强度校核工作。通过对胶轨列车底盘局部螺栓进行分析校核得到了螺栓强度满足要求的结论,且螺栓在实车工程验证阶段未出现问题,说明所提出的螺栓载荷提取方法对车辆底盘结构中螺栓的设计与校核具有现实指导意义。In this paper,bolt load extraction methods are proposed for multiple bolted connection structures and single bolted connection structures in rubber rail trains.Based on the practical application of multi-body ADAMS static decomposition method,the chassis load of rubber rail train is decomposed and used as the input of bolt load extraction,and then the load extraction result is brought into the VDI2230 standard to carry out bolt strength verification.Through the analysis and verification of the local bolts of the chassis of the rubber rail train,it is obtained that the bolt strength meets the requirements,and the bolts have no problems in the verification stage of the actual train engineering,indicating that the bolt load extraction method proposed in this paper has practical guiding significance for the design and verification of bolts in the chassis structure of the vehicle.
