摘  要:道路打钻一体机的工作装置导轨在工作过程中易发生冲击振动,可能会导致导轨疲劳失效等问题,因此研究道路打钻一体机导轨装置的结构、固有频率和模态振型非常重要。使用SolidWorks建立了导轨的三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对导轨在动力头和液压锤的工作条件下进行模态分析,计算得出导轨的前8阶固有频率和模态振型云图。仿真结果表明:导轨的结构能够有效预防在行驶过程中以及动力头、液压锤工作中产生共振。该研究结果为后续导轨的多阶模态分析及结构优化提供了理论支持和实用参考。The guide rail of the working device of the road drilling machine is prone to shock vibration during the working process,which may lead to fatigue failure of the guide rail.Therefore,it is very important to study the structure,natural frequency and mode shape of the guide rail device of the road drilling machine.A 3D model of the guide rail is established by using SolidWorks,and the modes of the guide rail were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench under the working conditions of power head and hydraulic hammer,and the natural frequency and mode shape contour of the first 8 orders of the guide rail were calculated.The simulation results show that the structure of the guide rail can effectively prevent the resonance during the driving process and the power head and hydraulic hammer during the work,and provides theoretical support and practical reference for the subsequent multi-order modal analysis and structural optimization.
