摘 要:对船用绞车刹车装置进行了结构分析和工作原理介绍,基于SolidWorks对刹车装置进行了三维设计,然后导入到ANSYS Workbench中对刹车装置进行了静力学分析,并与传统分析方法进行比较,结果相近。船用绞车刹车装置能够降低绞车的制造成本,缩短产品生产周期,并快速响应市场,提高了产品的市场竞争力。The structural analysis and working principle introduction of the braking device of a marine winch were carried out.The three-dimensional design of the braking device was carried out based on SolidWorks,and then imported into ANSYS Workbench for static analysis of the braking device.The analysis results were compared with traditional analysis methods,and the results were similar.It can reduce the manufacturing cost of winches,shorten product production cycles,respond quickly to the market,and improve product market competitiveness.
