摘 要:为了使螺栓连接的大尺寸、复杂的结构在仿真中建模更贴近工程实际情况,应用有限元仿真分析方法对此类螺栓连接的简化建模方法进行了横向对比研究。以某胶轨列车底盘结构中驱动桥壳与减速器壳的螺栓连接为例,建立了螺栓连接实体模型和19种螺栓连接简化模型,对所有模型均进行模态分析和强度分析;以螺栓连接实体模型的分析结果为基准,对各螺栓连接简化模型的分析结果进行了横向对比研究,得到了较准确模拟螺栓实际工作情况的简化建模方法;并依据横向对比结果对大尺寸、复杂结构的螺栓连接建模方法提出建议。该研究结果具有实际的工程应用价值。In order to make the large-size and complex structure of bolted joints closer to the actual engineering situation in the simulation,the finite element simulation analysis method is used to make a horizontal comparison of the simplified modeling methods of such bolted joints.Taking the bolt connection between the drive axle shell and the reducer shell in the chassis structure of a rubber rail train as an example,the solid model of the bolted connection and 19 kinds of simplified models of the bolted connection were established,and the modal analysis and strength analysis were carried out on all the models,and the analysis results of the bolted connection solid model were taken as the benchmark,and the analysis results of the simplified model of each bolt connection were compared horizontally,and the simplified modeling method of simulating the actual working condition of the bolt was obtained more accurately.Based on the results of horizontal comparison,the modeling method of bolt connection of large size and complex structure is proposed,which has practical engineering application significance.
