摘 要:通过建立有限元分析模型,分别进行模态分析、惯性加速度分析和集中力载荷分析,研究某轻客整车耐久试验过程中出现的空调管支架开裂原因。分析结果显示,集中力载荷工况下支架的极限应力值超过了材料屈服强度,且应力集中点与支架起始开裂位置吻合,证明该工况是造成支架开裂的最主要原因。通过改进结构,使支架在集中力载荷工况下的最大应力值较改进前降低了37.1%,且最后顺利通过了整车耐久试验考核。Studying the cracking reason of the air-condition pipe bracket of a light passenger vehicle during the durability test by establishing the Finite Element,and the modal analysis,inertial acceleration analysis and concentrated load analysis are carried out respectively.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of bracket exceeds the yield strength of material,and the stress concentration position is consistent with the initial cracking position of bracket under the concentrated load condition,which proves that this condition is the main reason for the cracking of bracket.By improving the structure,the maximum stress of bracket is reduced by 37.1%compared with before improvement,and finally successfully passed the vehicle durability test assessment.
