摘 要:针对传统供砂供液设备已无法满足目前的施工需求,研制了自动化砂液一体化设备,整合了输砂、储砂、混砂系统,并大幅提高了排量和加砂速率等参数。试验结果表明:砂液一体化设备最大排量为30 m^(3)/min,最大加砂速率为12 m^(3)/min,实现了压裂支撑剂全程密闭输送,以及砂料补给、压裂液供应一键操作等功能,可满足页岩气大型压裂施工中大排量供液、多种类大砂量加砂、绿色、安全和智能等全方位要求。Traditional sand and liquid supply equipment can no longer meet current construction needs.In this paper,an automated sand and liquid integrated equipment has been developed,integrating sand conveying,sand storage,and sand mixing systems,and greatly increasing parameters such as displacement and sand adding rate.The test results show that the maximum displacement of the sand-liquid integrated equipment is 30 m^(3)/min,and the maximum sand adding rate is 12 m^(3)/min.It realizes the entire closed transportation of fracturing proppant,as well as one-click operation of sand supply and fracturing fluid supply.This equipment can meet the all-round requirements of large-displacement liquid supply,sand addition of multiple types of large sand volumes,green,safety,and intelligence in large-scale shale gas fracturing construction.
