摘 要:目前悬挂式空轨车辆所采用的救援设备均存在不足之处,不能及时、快速、自主地对车厢内乘客进行救援。基于此,有必要研发一种新型救援技术与装置,以实现在突发状况下对车厢内乘客及时、快速、自主救援。首先通过需求分析和车辆安装接口确定了顶层设计指标;然后进行方案设计和仿真验证并形成了工程设计方案;接着进行功能样机的生产制造,并对样机进行功能和性能试验;最后结合试验结果对设计方案进行改进优化形成最终的技术方案。At present,there are deficiencies in the rescue equipments used in the suspended monorail vehicles,which can not be timely,fast and autonomous to rescue the passengers in the carriage.Based on this,a new type of rescue technology and equipment is developed to to achieve timely,rapid and autonomous rescue of passengers in the carriage in emergencies.The top design indicators are determined according to the demand analysis and vehicle installation interface,then the scheme design and simulation verification are carried out and an engineering design scheme is formed.After that,the production and manufacturing of functional prototypes were carried out,and functional and performance tests were carried out on the prototypes.Finally,the design plan is improved and optimized based on the test results to form the final technical plan.
