摘  要:冷床分流板位检测是中厚板建设与生产的重要环节,其质量直接影响中厚板的生产质量,结合人工智能技术,以冷床分流板位检测为研究对象,设计了基于机器视觉的冷床分流板位检测系统。经实验测试,该系统远距离场景下间隔精度能够达到10 m以下,同时可达到100%的钢板跟踪成功率;此外,该系统在成本控制、通信时延等方面均具有较为良好的技术表现,可为冷床系统全流程跟踪与制造质量提升提供一定技术支持。The level detection of cooling bed splitter plate is an important link in the construction and production of medium and thick plates,and its quality can directly affect the production quality of medium and thick plates.Taking the cold bed shunt plate position detection as the research object and combining artificial intelligence technology,a machine vision-based cold bed shunt plate position detection system is designed.After experimental testing,the system can achieve an interval accuracy of less than 10 meters in long-distance scenarios,and at the same time achieve a 100%success rate of steel plate tracking.In addition,the system has relatively good technical performance in terms of cost control,communication delay,etc.,and can provide certain technical support for full-process tracking and manufacturing quality improvement of the cooling bed system.
