摘 要:为提高煤矿供热系统监测监控及自动化控制效果,实现煤矿供热系统中热交换站、空气加热站等各分散单元的集中控制,收集监测实时数据参数和对设备进行控制,晋华宫矿供热科决定对供热监测监控系统进行基于PLC的总体设计优化。通过实际应用效果发现,该设计优化有效提升了供热系统各分散监测监控系统单元的集中控制水平,不仅监测和收集到的数据内容全面,而且比较精确,在自动化控制水平明显提高的同时,供热效率得到显著提升。In order to improve the monitoring,monitoring and automatic control effect of the coal mine heating system,realize centralized control of various dispersed units such as the industrial square heat exchange station and the shaft air heating station in the coal mine heating system,collect and monitor real-time data parameters and control equipment,Jinhuagong Mine Heating Department decided to optimize the overall design of the heating monitoring and monitoring system based on PLC.Through practical application results,it is found that this optimized design effectively improves the centralized control level of each decentralized monitoring and monitoring system unit of the heating system.Not only is the monitored and collected data content comprehensive,but also relatively accurate.While the level of automation control is significantly improved,heating efficiency has been significantly improved.
