摘 要:目的了解虹口区托幼机构消毒工作开展情况,为传染病防治提供依据。方法2018-2023年抽取虹口区不同等级托幼机构进行消毒质量监测,对室内空气、环境物体表面、餐饮具表面和工作人员手进行细菌菌落总数检测,同时对环境物体表面、餐饮具和工作人员手进行大肠菌群检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果连续6年共对虹口130家托幼机构进行消毒质量监测,采样1966件,合格1896件,总合格率为96.44%。由于2018-2020年与2021-2023年所用标准有变更,2018-2020年三年的消毒合格率分别为94.52%、94.13%、98.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2021-2023年三年的消毒合格率分别为98.71%、97.22%、96.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2018-2020年不同监测项目如室内空气、环境物体表面、餐饮具表面、工作人员手、使用中消毒液的总合格率分别为99.52%、98.55%、97.1%、88.41%、89.86%,而2021-2023年不同监测项目的总合格率分别为100.00%、100.00%、97.54%、91.26%、97.54%,2018-2020年与2021-2023年两组不同监测项目的总消毒合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且各监测项目中室内空气的总合格率最高,为99.75%,工作人员手的合格率最低,为89.74%;2018-2020年公办与民办托幼机构总消毒合格率分别为95.29%、95.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2021-2023年公办与民办托幼机构总消毒合格率分别为97.06%、100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2018-2020年与2021-2023年两组的不同等级托幼机构消毒合格率和不同类别工作人员手的消毒合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虹口区托幼机构消毒质量整体良好,工作人员手卫生是消毒薄弱环节,应加强培训和监督,提高手卫生的依从性。Objective To investigate the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Hongkou District of Shanghai and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods Nurseries and kindergartens of different grades in Hongkou District of Shanghai were selected for disinfection quality monitoring from 2018 to 2023.The total number of bacterial colonies was detected in indoor air,on the surfaces of environmental objects and tableware,and on the workers’hands,and the total number of coliforms was detected on the surfaces of environmental objects and tableware,as well as the workers’hands.The results were statistically analyzed.Results Over six consecutive years,disinfection quality monitoring was conducted in 130 nurseries and kindergartens in Hongkou District of Shanghai,with a total of 1966 samples collected.Among them,1896 samples(96.44%,1896/1966)were qualified.Due to the change in standards between 20182020 and 20212023,the qualified rate of disinfection from 2018 to 2020 were 94.52%,94.13%,and 98.75%,respectively,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In contrast,the corresponding rates for 20212023 were 98.71%,97.22%,and 96.15%,respectively,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).From 2018 to 2020,the total qualified rate of disinfection for different monitoring items such as indoor air,surface of environmental objects,tableware surface,workers'hands,and disinfectant in use was 99.52%,98.55%,97.1%,88.41%,and 89.86%,respectively,versus 100.00%,100.00%,97.54%,91.26%,97.54%from 2021 to 2023,respectively(P<0.05).The total qualified rate of indoor air was the highest(99.75%),and the qualified rate of the workers'hands was the lowest(89.74%).The overall qualified rate of disinfection for public and private nurseries and kindergartens in 20182020 were 95.29%,95.76%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).However,the overall qualified rate of disinfection for public and nurseries and kindergartens in 20212023 were 97.06%and 100.00%,
