摘　　要：脾囊肿是一种临床罕见疾病,常无典型临床症状。本文报道一例以腹胀为主诉的23岁男性患者,经鉴别诊断确诊为一约258 mm×234 mm×170 mm大小的巨大脾假性囊肿并伴糖链抗原CA19-9升高:79.67 U/mL,汇报巨大脾假性囊肿的影像学、病理学特征以及个体化诊治过程并结合相关文献综述讨论,以提高临床医生对脾假性囊肿的认识,为临床巨大脾假性囊肿个体化治疗方案的制定提供科学参考。Splenic cyst is a rare clinical disease with no typical clinical symptoms.This paper reports a 23yearold male patient with abdominal distension who was identified by differential diagnosis as a 258 mm×234 mm×170 mm giant splenic pseudocyst with an elevation of CA199(79.67 U/mL).The CT\MRI imaging,pathological features,and diagnosis and individualized treatment of giant splenic pseudocyst were reported.The relevant literature was reviewed in order to improve the clinician's understanding of splenic pseudocyst,and to provide scientific reference for the formulation of individual treatment of clinical giant splenic pseudocyst.
