摘  要:目的探讨基于CHIEF模式的人文关怀在住院患儿家属中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2024年1月郑州大学第一附属医院住院患儿的家属156名,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各78名。对照组家属给予常规护理干预,研究组家属在对照组基础上给予基于CHIEF模式的人文关怀护理干预,干预至患儿出院。比较干预前、出院当天(干预后)两组患儿家属的健康知识水平、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心理负担[简式心境状态量表(POMS)]及干预后患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果干预后研究组患儿家属的健康知识水平调查问卷中的疾病知识、治疗方案、不良反应及应对措施、健康生活方式评分及总分分别为(19.28±0.52)分、(13.47±0.63)分、(16.78±0.38)分、(20.20±0.35)分、(69.73±1.17)分,明显高于对照组的(14.58±3.14)分、(9.36±2.14)分、(11.44±2.12)分、(17.56±1.02)分、(52.94±4.33)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组患儿家属的SAS、SDS、POMS评分分别为(42.36±4.19)分、(40.58±4.03)分、(115.42±7.42)分,明显低于对照组的(51.15±5.75)分、(53.52±6.38)分、(128.67±8.39)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属的总护理满意度为97.44%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于CHIEF模式的人文关怀可提升住院患儿家属的健康知识水平,减轻其心理负担、负性情绪,提高其护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care based on CHIEF model in the family members of hospitalized children.Methods A total of 156 family members of hospitalized children at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 78 cases in each group.The family members in the control group received routine care,while the family members in the study group received humanistic care based on CHIEF model in addition to the routine care until the children were discharged.The health knowledge level,negative emotions(Selfrating Anxiety Scale[SAS],Selfrating Depression Scale[SDS]),psychological burden(Brief Profile of Mood State,POMS),and nursing satisfaction after intervention were compared between the two groups of patients'family members before intervention and day of hospital discharge(after intervention).Results The scores of disease knowledge,treatment plan,adverse reactions and coping measures,healthy lifestyle,and total score of the questionnaire for the family members of the children in the study group after intervention were(19.28±0.52)points,(13.47±0.63)points,(16.78±0.38)points,(20.20±0.35)points,and(69.73±1.17)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(14.58±3.14)points,(9.36±2.14)points,(11.44±2.12)points,(17.56±1.02)points,and(52.94±4.33)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS,and POMS scores of the family members of children in the study group were(42.36±4.19)points,(40.58±4.03)points,and(115.42±7.42)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than(51.15±5.75)points,(53.52±6.38)points,and(128.67±8.39)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the family members of the children in the study group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care based on the CHIEF model can improve the health knowledge level of hospitalized
