电针联合Schroth疗法治疗轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨电针联合Schroth疗法对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)的疗效。方法 选取2023年2—8月深圳市龙岗区骨科医院就诊的60例轻度AIS患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组30例。两组均接受常规健康宣教,在此基础上对照组进行Schroth练习,联合组予以电针联合Schroth练习治疗。比较两组主弯Cobb角、躯干旋转角度(angle of trunk rotation,ATR)、中文版脊柱侧凸研究学会-22量表(Scoliosis Research Society-22,SRS-22)和简体中文版脊柱外观问卷(Spinal Appearance Questionnaire,SAQ)评分,并进行疗效评定。结果治疗后,两组主弯Cobb角、ATR均较治疗前显著降低,且联合组ATR显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组SRS-22和SAQ得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。结论 电针联合Schroth疗法对轻度AIS具有明显的疗效,能有效改善脊柱侧凸的程度,提高患者的生活质量和外观满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with Schroth therapy on mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods Sixty patients with mild AIS from February to August 2023admitted to Longgang District Orthopedic Hospital of Shenzhen were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with thirty cases in each group by different treatment methods.Both groups received routine health education.On this basis,the control group was given Schroth exercise,and the combined group was given electroacupuncture combined with Schroth exercise.The main curvature Cobb angle,angle of trunk rotation(ATR),Scoliosis Research Society-22(SRS-22) and Spinal Appearance Questionnaire(SAQ) scores were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the main curvature Cobb angle and ATR in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the ATR of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,SRS-22 and SAQ scores in combined group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 76.67%(23/30) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Schroth therapy has a significant effect on mild AIS,which can effectively improve the degree of scoliosis,improve the quality of life and appearance satisfaction of patients.
