白虎汤加减联合亚胺培南西司他丁治疗老年重症肺炎的效果和用药安全性

摘　　要：目的 探究老年重症肺炎患者采用白虎汤加减联合亚胺培南西司他丁治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月海阳市中医医院收治80例老年重症肺炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同,分为对照组和中医组,各40例。对照组采用亚胺培南西司他丁治疗,中医组在对照组治疗的基础上加用白虎汤。对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率、血清炎症因子(白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白)、生化指标(白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血小板计数)、不良反应发生率。结果 中医组治疗有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的为80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.202,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,中医组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血小板计数水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 白虎汤加减联合亚胺培南西司他丁治疗老年重症肺炎患者,可快速消除疾病症状,且不会产生严重不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of treating elderly patients with severe pneumonia with Baihu Decoction plus reduction combined with imipenem cilastatin.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Haiyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with imipenem cilastatin,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Baihu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of treatment,serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,C-reactive protein),biochemical indicators(white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,platelet count),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the Chinese Medicine group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of 80.00%(32/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.202,P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,and platelet count in the Chinese medicine group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Baihu Decoction plus reduction combined with imipenem cilastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia can quickly eliminate the symptoms of the disease and will not produce serious adverse reactions.
