“健脾和胃汤”治疗恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析自拟方“健脾和胃汤”治疗恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1—12月在临沂市中医医院肿瘤科接受化疗的86例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分成两组,各43例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上同时服用自拟方“健脾和胃汤”,比较两组中医证候积分、临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果 治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的81.40%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.704,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 自拟方“健脾和胃汤”在恶性肿瘤化疗后不良反应治疗中效果确切,可提高临床总有效率及患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of the self-proposed formula "Jianpi Hewei Decoction" in the clinical treatment of adverse reactions to chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods Eightysix patients with malignant tumors who received chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups of 43 patients each according to the different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicines,while patients in the observation group were treated with the self-proposed formula "Jianpi Hewei Decoction" on the basis of the control group,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The self-proposed formula “Jianpi Hewei Decoction” has a definite effect in the treatment of post-chemotherapy adverse reactions of malignant tumors,which can improve the overall clinical efficiency and the quality of life of patients.
