摘  要:急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)属于晶体性关节炎,以关节红、肿、热、痛和功能障碍为主要临床表现。中药外治法、针刺、针刀、刺络拔罐、刮痧等中医外治法可显著改善AGA症状,降低炎症因子表达水平,减轻胃肠道及肝肾功能损伤,且操作简单、方式多样、不良反应少,在临床中广泛应用。目前关于中医外治法治疗AGA的基础与临床研究较多,关于其作用机制方面的研究则较少。未来,深入研究中医外治法治疗AGA的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Acute gouty arthritis(AGA)is a type of crystalline arthritis with the main clinical manifestations of joint redness,swelling,heat,pain and dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment such as acupuncture,needle knife,cupping therapy,and guasha can significantly improve the symptoms of AGA,reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce gastrointestinal tract and liver and kidney function damage,and the operation is simple,the methods are diverse,and the adverse reactions are few,so it has been widely used in clinical practice.At present,there are many studies on the basic and clinical research of TCM external treatment for AGA,but there are few studies on its mechanism of action.In the future,in-depth research on the mechanism of action of TCM external treatment methods for AGA can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
