摘　　要：妊娠高危因素指妊娠期可能对孕妇及胎儿产生不良影响的一些因素。胎儿心脏结构发育异常是常见的一种胎儿畸形疾病,与妊娠高危因素密切相关。存在妊娠高危因素的新生儿心脏功能测量值与正常新生儿有差异,尤其在新生儿循环过渡期。随着新生儿重症超声工作的逐渐开展,新生儿期心脏血流动力学也越来越受到重视,但很多血流动力学测量值缺乏正常参考值。此外,目前虽然已有一些关于不同妊娠高危因素的胎儿、新生儿心脏结构及血流动力学特点的研究,但尚需要更多、更大规模的研究以明确具有妊娠高危因素的新生儿血流动力学、心脏结构的特点,并阐明其演变过程,以利于临床更好地管理这类新生儿。Pregnancy high-risk factors refer to some factors that may have adverse effects on the pregnant women and fetuses during pregnancy.Abnormal development of fetal heart structure is a common fetal malformation disease,closely related to pregnancy high-risk factors.The Newborns with such conditions have differences in cardiac function measurements compared to normal newborns,especially during the transitional period of neonatal circulation.With the gradual development of neonatal intensive care ultrasound,the hemodynamics of the heart during the neonatal period are also receiving increasing attention.However,many hemodynamic measurements lack normal reference values.Besides,although there have been some studies on the cardiac structure and hemodynamic characteristics of fetuses and newborns under different pregnancy high-risk factors,more and larger scale studies are still needed to clarify the hemodynamic and cardiac structure characteristics of such newborns,and elucidate the evolution process,in order to better manage such newborns in the clinical practice.
