半夏白术天麻汤联合注射用盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕病的疗效及对其症状缓解时间、中医证候积分及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究半夏白术天麻汤联合注射用盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕病的疗效及对其症状缓解时间、中医证候积分及生活质量的影响。方法 88例眩晕病患者,根据是否采用半夏白术天麻汤治疗分为西药组和中药组,各44例。西药组予以盐酸倍他司汀治疗,中药组在西药组基础上联用半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、治疗前后中医证候积分及眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、生活质量简易量表(QOL-BREF)评分。结果 治疗后,中药组总有效率为97.73%,明显高于西药组的81.82%(P<0.05)。中药组患者眩晕、恶心呕吐、平衡功能障碍缓解时间分别为(3.78±0.56)、(2.85±0.52)、(2.85±0.52)d,均短于西药组的(5.87±1.26)、(4.87±1.23)、(6.89±1.60)d(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者DHI评分和中医证候积分均较本组治疗前下降,BBS评分均较本组治疗前上升,且中药组患者中医证候积分(4.18±1.63)分和DHI评分(26.19±4.32)分明显低于西药组的(6.82±1.47)、(32.37±5.66)分,BBS评分(37.84±6.78)分明显高于西药组的(32.31±6.66)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者QOL-BREF评分均较本组治疗前升高,且中药组患者QOL-BREF评分(88.52±6.94)分高于西药组的(82.73±7.12)分(P<0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤联合注射用盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕病具有良好效果,可有效减轻临床症状,缩短疗程,改善患者平衡功能及生活质量。Objective To study the efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with betahistine hydrochloride for injection on vertigo and its influence on symptom relief time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life.Methods 88 vertigo patients were divided into a western medicine group and a traditional Chinese medicine group according to whether they were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction or not,each with 44 cases.The western medicine group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction based on the western medicine group.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),Berg balance scale(BBS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(QOL-BREF) score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than the western medicine group's 81.82%(P<0.05).The relief time of vertigo,nausea and vomiting and balance dysfunction in the traditional Chinese medicine group were(3.78±0.56),(2.85±0.52) and(2.85±0.52) d,which were shorter than(5.87±1.26),(4.87±1.23) and(6.89±1.60) d in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,DHI score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and BBS score was higher than that before treatment;the traditional Chinese medicine group had traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(4.18±1.63) points and DHI score of(26.19±4.32) points,which were significantly lower than(6.82±1.47) and(32.37±5.66) points in the western medicine group;BBS score of(37.84±6.78) points in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than(32.31±6.66) points in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,QOL-BREF score in both groups was higher than that before treatment
