摘 要:目的 探讨临床药师干预对抗菌药物合理应用的促进效果。方法 110例使用抗菌药物治疗的患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,每组55例。参照组患者实施常规用药管理,观察组患者在参照组基础上进行临床药师干预。对比两组患者满意度、临床指标、不合理用药发生率、抗菌药物联用情况、感染控制率、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率98.18%高于参照组的85.45%(P<0.05)。观察组疾病控制时间、住院时间短于参照组,住院费用、抗菌药物使用费用少于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组不合理用药发生率14.55%低于参照组的30.91%(P<0.05)。观察组抗菌药物联用率34.55%低于参照组的54.55%(P<0.05)。观察组感染控制率98.18%高于参照组的81.82%,不良反应发生率1.82%低于参照组的12.73%(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度98.18%高于参照组的83.64%(P<0.05)。结论 将临床药师干预应用在抗菌药物管理中,可以促进抗菌药物的合理使用,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists' intervention in promoting rational use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 110 patients treated with antibiotics were studied and divided into a reference group and an observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were given routine medication management,while those in the observation group were given clinical pharmacists' intervention based on the reference group.The satisfaction,clinical indicators,incidence of irrational drug use,combination of antibiotics,infection control rate,incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 98.18% in the observation group was higher than 85.45% in the reference group(P<0.05).The disease control time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the hospitalization cost and cost of antibiotics were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use of 14.55% in the observation group was lower than 30.91% in the reference group(P<0.05).The rate of combination of antibiotics in the observation group was 34.55%,which was lower than 54.55% in the reference group(P<0.05).The infection control rate of 98.18% in the observation group was higher than 81.82% in the reference group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 1.82% was lower than 12.73% in the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of 98.18% in the observation group was higher than 83.64% in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pharmacists' intervention in the management of antibiotics can promote the rational use of antibiotics and has clinical application value.
