Objective To analyze the impact of different processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine on the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Methods A total of 80 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 40 cases. The control group was divided into groups before water treatment, while the observation group was divided into groups before water treatment combined with processing. The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine will have an impact on the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. The combination of dividing into groups before water treatment and processing can improve the overall therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
