摘  要:再生医学致力于研究如何促进创伤后组织再生和功能重建,主要利用干细胞疗法和组织工程技术来维持、修复、再生或改善受损组织和器官的功能。间充质干细胞是一种具有多向分化和再生能力的祖细胞,被广泛应用于再生医学和组织工程领域。特别是牙源性间充质干细胞,由于获取方便且不存在复杂的伦理问题,已成为研究的热点。牙源性间充质干细胞具有多种分化潜能,被视为组织再生工程的种子细胞,广泛应用于组织工程和再生医学领域。此外,间充质干细胞可通过旁分泌途径促进受损组织再生修复,外泌体是其主要分泌物之一。越来越多的证据表明,牙源性间充质干细胞外泌体在多种疾病和损伤模型中能促进组织再生。Regenerative medicine is dedicated to the study of how to promote tissue regeneration and functional reconstruction after trauma,primarily utilizing stem cell therapy and tissue engineering techniques to maintain,repair,regenerate,or improve the function of damaged tissues and organs.Mesenchymal stem cells are progenitor cells with m ulti-directional differentiation and regeneration abilities,widely used in the fields of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.In particular,odontogenic mesenchymal stem cells have become the focus of research because of their convenient access and the absence of complex ethical issues.Odontogenic mesenchymal stem cells have various differentiation potentials and are considered as seed cells for tissue regeneration engineering,widely used in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.In addition,mesenchymal stem cells can promote the regeneration and repair of damaged tissues through the paracrine pathway,in which exosomes are one of their main secretions.More and more evidence suggests that exosomes from odontogenic mesenchymal stem cells promote tissue regeneration in various disease and injury models.
