摘 要:目的对比观察多点近视离焦控制眼镜(DIMS)对不同年龄段青少年不同近视程度的控制效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月吉林省人民医院收治的110例不同程度近视青少年的临床资料,年龄6~18岁,根据佩戴DIMS的等效球镜度(SE)将其分为低度近视组(SE≤-0.50 D且>-3.00 D,n=56)、中度近视组(SE≤-3.00 D且>-6.00 D,n=54)。分别观察6~11岁和12~18岁年龄段低度近视组与中度近视组青少年佩戴DIMS前、佩戴DIMS 1年后SE及眼轴长度的变化情况。结果矫正1年后,低度近视组中,6~11岁年龄段SE增长幅度大于12~18岁,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),眼轴增长幅度大于12~18岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度近视组中,6~11岁年龄段SE增长幅度、眼轴增长幅度均大于12~18岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相同年龄段中,低度近视组与中度近视组SE增长幅度、眼轴增长幅度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DIMS对于不同年龄段中不同近视程度的青少年均可减缓眼轴和屈光度数的增长,尤其是12~18岁年龄段,可作为青少年低、中度近视的有效控制手段。Objective To compare and observe the control effect of multi-point defocus incorporated multiple segments(DIMS)lens on different myopia degrees of adolescents of different ages.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 110 adolescents with different myopia degrees,aged 6-18 years,admitted to Jilin Province People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into a low myopia group(spherical equivalent[SE]≤-0.50 D and>-3.00 D,n=56)and a moderate myopia group(SE≤-3.00 D and>-6.00 D,n=54)according to the SE of wearing DIMS.The changes of SE and axial length of adolescents in low myopia group and moderate myopia group aged 6 to 11 years and 12 to 18 years were observed respectively before and after wearing DIMS for 1 year.Results After one year’s correction,in the low myopia group,the increase in SE in the age group of 6-11 years was greater than that in the age group of 12-18 years,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the growth rate of axial length was greater than that in the age of 12-18 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the moderate myopia group,the increase in SE and axial length in the age group of 6-11 years old was greater than that in the age group of 12-18 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the same age group,there was no significant difference between the low myopia group and the moderate myopia group in the growth range of SE and axial length(P>0.05).Conclusion DIMS can slow down the growth of axial length and refractive diopter for adolescents with different myopia degrees in different age groups,especially for those aged 12 to 18.DIMS can be used as an effective control method for adolescents with low and moderate myopia.
