儿童咳颗粒联合西药治疗儿童感染后咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童咳颗粒联合西药治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将焦作市人民医院儿科2021年10月至2022年7月收治的感染后咳嗽患儿200例按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例。对照组给予氨溴索+干扰素α2b雾化吸入及头孢克肟抗感染等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用儿童咳颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽消失时间、咳嗽症状评分、血清炎症指标水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童咳颗粒治疗儿童感染后咳嗽可提高临床疗效,改善咳嗽症状,加快咳嗽消失,降低血清炎症指标水平,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of children's cough granules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of infectious cough in children.Methods:A total of 200 children with cough after infection admitted to the Pediatrics Department of Jiaozuo People's Hospital from October 2021 to July 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given ambroxol and interferonα2b,conventional treatments such as cefuroxime were used,while the treatment group was treated with children's cough granules in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,cough disappearance time,cough symptom score,and serum inflammatory index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the disappearance time of cough in the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the daytime cough score,nighttime cough score,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein level in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Children's cough granules can improve clinical efficacy,cough symptoms,accelerate the disappearance of cough,and reduce the serum inflammatory levels in the treatment of infectious cough in children,which is worthy of promotion.
