摘 要:目的分析红外热成像技术应用于中医证候研究的临床报道数据,挖掘证候与其红外热图特征的相关性。方法通过检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science数据库自建库至2023年12月18日期间所有采用红外热成像技术并涉及中医证候的临床研究型文献,使用Excel和SPSS统计学软件对文献信息进行整理与统计,以病性类证候要素为切入点进行相关性分析。结果最终纳入81篇文献,摘录证候与其红外热图数据137条。寒湿、阳虚、气虚、血瘀在红外热图中大多表现为温度低,气滞、阴虚、痰湿大多表现为温度高。将病性类证候要素分别以寒、热、虚、实进行归纳、分类后,寒证、虚证的热图温度多偏低,热证、实证的热图温度多偏高。结论采用红外热成像技术可为中医辨证提供客观依据,但目前各研究尚未形成统一结论,在未来应制定和完善相关标准,推进临床研究,促进中医证候客观化的发展。Objective To analyze the clinical reports on the application of infrared thermography in the research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and explore the correlations between TCM syndromes and infrared thermographic patterns.Methods The articles of the clinical studies of TCM syndromes that used infrared thermography were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,and Web of Science with the time interval from inception to December 18,2023.The literature information was organized and analyzed in Excel and SPSS,and the correlation analysis was carried out from syndrome elements.Results A total of 81 articles were included,involving 137 data entries of syndromes and corresponding infrared thermographic patterns.The syndromes of cold dampness,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,and blood stasis mostly presented low temperatures in the thermograms,whereas those of qi stagnation,yin deficiency,and phlegm dampness mostly showcased high temperatures.The syndromes were then decomposed into syndrome elements(cold,heat,deficiency,and excess)for analysis.The thermograms of cold and deficiency syndromes generally showed low temperatures,while those of heat and excess syndromes showed high temperatures.Conclusion Infrared thermography can provide objective evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation.However,the available studies have not reached a unified conclusion.The future work should focus on establishing and improving relevant standards,advancing clinical research,and promoting the objective development of TCM syndrome differentiation.
