摘　　要：高艳霞教授认为特发性膜性肾病(Idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)的总体病机以脾肾气虚为本,湿热瘀阻为标,虚实兼杂,虚实相因。临证多采用“补、清、通”三法并施,治以益气健脾补肾、活血清热除湿。自拟芪术固肾方,重用补气之品,随症灵活化裁,临床疗效显著。附典型病案一则。Professor Gao Yanxia believes that the overall pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)is primarily rooted in Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney,with damp-heat and blood stasis as secondary manifestations.The condition involves a complex interplay of deficiency and excess,where both coexist and influence one another.In clinical practice,a three-pronged approach of“tonifying,clearing,and unblocking”was used to tonify qi,strengthen the spleen and kidneys,invigorate blood circulation,clear heat,and dispel dampness.The self-made Qishu Gushen formula heavily emphasizes Qi-tonifying herbs and allows for flexible adjustments based on individual symptoms,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.A typical case study is provided as an example.
