砭石循经按摩联合中药砭石热熨在老年股骨骨折术后便秘患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨给予老年股骨骨折术后便秘患者砭石循经按摩联合中药砭石热熨的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的老年股骨骨折术后便秘住院患者200例,按照随机数表法分成干预组(100例)与对照组(100例),对照组给予中药砭石热熨,干预组给予砭石循经按摩联合中药砭石热熨,比较两组恢复情况、便秘程度、肛门疼痛程度、睡眠质量。结果干预组肠鸣音频率较对照组更高,首次排便时间更短(P均<0.05);两组干预后便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分、简化版McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均下降,干预组较对照组更低(P均<0.05)。结论老年股骨骨折术后便秘患者给予砭石循经按摩联合中药砭石热熨,能够促进患者恢复,改善便秘、疼痛情况,提高睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage with stone needles along the meridian combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bianshi hot ironing on postoperative constipation in elderly patients after femoral fractures.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients admitted in our hospital with constipation after femoral fractures surgery were selected,and divided into the intervention group(100 cases,acupoint massage with stone needles along the meridian combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bianshi hot ironing)and the control group(100 cases,traditional Chinese medicine Bianshi hot ironing).The recovery,degree of constipation,anus degree of pain and sleep quality in both groups were compared.Results Comparied with the control group,the audio frequency of bowel sounds in the intervention group was higher,and the first bowel movement time was shorter(all P<0.05).After intervention,patient symptom checklist for constipation(PAC-SYM)scores mcgill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores in both groups were decreased,and the intervention group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bianshi meridian massage and traditional Chinese medicine Bianshi hot ironing can promote patient recovery,improve constipation,pain and sleep quality in elderly patients with postoperative constipation after femoral fracture surgery.
