摘 要:研究通过采用光学显微镜探究了EQNiCr-3带极堆焊材料中的微观组织特征,观察了EQNiCr-3合金堆焊层组织形貌及其晶粒尺寸,并进行力学性能试验,分析了不同热输入下堆焊金属的组织性能。试验结果表明,所研究的堆焊层中,γ-Ni基固溶体为主要的组成相,且在其内部分布有大量的弥散强化相,这些微观组织的协同作用显著提高了材料的硬度和抗拉强度。利用显微硬度测试和拉伸试验,评价了热处理状态下EQNiCr-3带极堆焊材料的力学性能。研究发现,经过多次焊接热循环后,材料硬度和抗拉强度较原始状态下分别提升了约10%,而断后伸长率略有下降。This study investigated the microstructure characteristics of EQNiCr-3 strip welding material using an optical microscope,revealing the intrinsic relationship between its microstructure and mechanical properties.The experimental results indicate that theγ-Ni based solid solution is the main constituent phase in the studied weld overlay,and there are a large number of dispersed strengthening phases distributed inside it.The synergistic effect of these microstructures significantly improves the hardness and tensile strength of the material.The mechanical properties of EQNiCr-3 strip electrode overlay material under heat treatment were systematically evaluated using microhardness testing and tensile testing.Research has found that after multiple welding thermal cycles,the hardness and tensile strength of the material have increased by about 10%compared to their original state,while the toughness has slightly decreased.
