摘　　要：选取2011—2021年我国284个地级及以上城市数据,实证分析碳排放对经济高质量发展的影响。结果表明:碳排放强度和经济高质量发展之间存在先促进后抑制的倒“U”型关系。碳排放强度对经济高质量发展具有显著的空间溢出效应,本地区碳排放强度也会影响邻近地区经济高质量发展。绿色技术创新在碳排放影响经济高质量发展的过程中具有调节效应,显著抑制了碳排放对经济高质量发展的影响。因此,应深度解析碳排放与经济高质量发展之间的关系,统筹推进碳减排目标与经济高质量发展;构建技术、资源共享机制,充分发挥碳排放和经济高质量发展的区域空间协同效应;持续提高绿色技术创新水平,充分发挥其对于经济高质量发展的推动作用。This paper uses the data of 284 prefecture level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2021 to empirically analyze the impact of carbon emissions on high-quality economic development.The results show that there is an inverted"U"relationship between carbon emissions and high quality of economy.At the same time,carbon emissions have a significant spatial spillover effect on high-quality economic development,and the intensity of carbon emissions in this region will also affect the high-quality economic development in adjacent regions.Green technology innovation has a significant direct promoting effect on high-quality development,while significantly inhibiting the impact of carbon emissions on high-quality economic development.Therefore,we should comprehensively and dialectically understand the relationship between carbon emissions and high-quality development,and comprehensively promote carbon emission red-uction goals and high-quality development.Build a technology and resource sharing mechanism to give full play to the regional spatial synergy of carbon emissions and high-quality economic development.We will continue to improve the level of green technology innova-tion and give full play to its role in promoting high-quality economic development.
