摘 要:针对公路隧道内行车安全隐患大、机电设施系统独立、数据孤岛等突出问题,以大娄山隧道群运营期的业务场景为背景,融合云计算、大数据等现代信息技术,采用“云、网、边、端”的系统架构,以隧道全要素感知、全数据融合、全过程管控、全周期管理为目标,打破各个机电系统之间的数据壁垒,构建设备管控、安全预警、主动管控、应急调度、养护管理、低碳节能等标准化业务流程,设计并实现了智慧隧道一体化管控平台。该平台实现了隧道全要素的事件实时感知,路网隧道群多级设备集中管控,应急工况下救援设备一键式启动,提高了隧道运营的安全性和智能化水平,为公路隧道智慧化发展提供有益借鉴和技术支撑。In response to prominent issues such as high safety hazards,independent mechanical and electrical facilities systems,and data silos in highway tunnels,based on the business scenario of the operation period of the Daloushan Tunnel Group,modern information technologies such as cloud computing and big data are integrated.The architecture of"cloud,network,edge,and end"is adopted,with the goal of tunnel full element perception,full data fusion,full process control,and full cycle management.The data barriers between various mechanical and electrical systems are broken down,and standardized business system processes such as equipment control,safety warning,active control,emergency dispatch,maintenance management,and low-carbon energy saving are constructed.A smart tunnel integrated control platform is designed and implemented.This platform realizes real-time perception of all elements of tunnel events,centralized control of multi-level equipment in road network tunnel groups,and one click start of rescue equipment under emergency conditions,improving the safety and intelligence level of tunnel operation and providing useful reference and technical support for the intelligent development of highway tunnels.
