摘 要:促进人与自然和谐共生是中国式现代化的本质要求,探究价值链嵌入与环境污染的关系是实现绿色发展的重要基础。文章利用中国工业企业数据库和中国企业污染排放数据库的合并数据,结合中国区域间非竞争投入产出表和世界投入产出表,探究全球价值链嵌入对企业污染排放强度的影响及其机制,考察深度参与国内价值链对全球价值链嵌入所导致的环境污染困境的调节作用。研究发现,全球价值链参与度与企业污染排放强度之间存在倒U型关系,大多数样本企业的全球价值链参与度尚未达到拐点,主要表现为加剧污染的作用。机制检验表明,全球价值链参与度能够通过污染前端控制角度的绿色技术进步渠道和末端治理角度的污染治理投资渠道作用于企业污染排放强度。提高国内价值链参与度有助于企业摆脱全球价值链嵌入所导致的环境污染困境,使倒U型曲线更加陡峭,拐点左移且整体下移,促进绿色发展。研究结论可以为新发展格局下合理调整价值链嵌入策略,实现经济增长与绿色发展的共赢提供有益参考。Promoting harmonious coexistence between human and nature is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization.Investigating the relationship between participating in value chains and environmental pollution is an important basis for achieving green development.We use the matching data of Chinese Industrial Enterprises Database,Chinese Industrial Enterprise Pollution Emissions Database,the Interregional Input-Output Tables of China and the World Input-Output Tables to investigate the impact and the influence mechanism of participating in the global value chain on the enterprise pollution emission intensity,and examine the moderating effect of participating in the national value chain on the environmental pollution dilemma brought about by participating in the global value chain.On this basis,this paper aims to explore the relationship between global value chains,national value chains and enterprise's green development.The study finds that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the global value chain participation and the enterprise pollution emission intensity,with most of the samples not yet exceeding the inflection point value of the global value chain participation,which mainly shows the effect of increasing environmental pollution.The mechanism test shows that the global value chain participation can affect the enterprise pollution emission intensity by promoting green technology progress from the front-end pollution control perspective and investment in pollution treatment from the end-of-pipe pollution treatment perspective.Further analysis shows that increasing the national value chain participation can help alleviate the environmental pollution dilemma brought about by participating in the global value chain by making the inverted U-shaped curve steeper,shifting the inflection point to the left,and moving the curve downwards,which can promote green development.The conclusions provide new ideas for the adjustment of value chain embedding strategies to achieve a win-win situation in terms of ec
